BBQ Chicken Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw Will Solve Most Of Your Supper Dilemma
BBQ Chicken Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw is creamy and pairs effortlessly with the tangy pulled chicken for an incredibly sumptuous supper for your kids.
Ingredients :-
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- ⅓ cup light barbecue sauce
- Dash of hot sauce
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
Method :-
- Mix yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a bowl. Add cabbage and toss gently until fully coated.
- Mix chicken and barbecue sauce in a microwavable bowl and toss until chicken is coated. Microwave on high heat for bout 1 minute.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup of the chicken and top with 3 tbsp of the slaw. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
