Avocado Egg Salad Is A Quick Hunger Fix
Healthy Avocado Egg Salad Recipe is a quick hunger fix if you just have a toast, eggs and avocados, lemon and olive oil.
Ingredients :-
- 2 avocados
- 8 eggs
- 1 handful of dill
- 1 handful of parsley
- juice of one lemon
- pinch of salt
- drizzle of olive oil (as required)
Method :-
- Mash the avocados in a bowl with the back of a spoon until smooth.
- Hard boil the egg and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix and serve. Mix the eggs with the avocados, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil as per your taste.
- Serve immediately or serve cold on a toast.
