Avocado Blueberry Pear Smoothie is the perfect breakfast smoothie which is very nutritious and healthy. You can customize the smoothie and make it more sweet or thick according to your taste. Blueberries have antioxidants, pears are high in fiber, and chia seeds are high in Omega 3 while cinnamon can help lower blood sugar.
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 ripe fresh avocado, seeded and peeled
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground (as per your taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 handfuls of ice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve chilled. You can add more honey for a sweeter smoothie.
