Apple Pie Smoothie requires you to combine applesauce, almond milk, cashews, dates, and vanilla and tastes like apple pie.
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or stewed apples
- 2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour
- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method :-
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
