Pear Smoothie is an easy and healthy smoothie flavored with banana and cinnamon which you can blend in a few minutes with a handful of ingredients.

Pear Smoothie is healthy

 Ingredients :-

  • 1 small ripe pear
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

 

Method :-

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour it into chilled serving glasses and serve fresh.
