Avocado Salad with Grilled Paneer
You make Avocado Salad with Grilled Paneer by marinating the paneer and then grilling it before mixing with rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients :-
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- oil
- 250 gm paneer (cut in slices)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sliced cabbage leaf (boiled in water)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup scooped out avocado flesh
Method :-
- Marinate the paneer in orange juice, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey and red chilli flakes for 5 – 6 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and grill the paneer slices on both sides for a few minutes until soft.
- Mix 1/4 cup oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well and keep aside.
- Add sliced cabbage, paneer slices, green peas, feta cheese, avocado, onions and the above mixture to a bowl, mix well and serve Avocado Salad With Grilled Paneer.
Pomegranate Salad – A quick solution to staying healthy
Ingredients :-
- 4 cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 pomegranate
- 50 gm feta cheese
- 2 tbsp vinaigrette salad dressing
Method :-
- Peel and chop the cucumbers into cubes.
- De-seed the pomegranate and leave aside.
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- Mix the cucumber, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese and vinaigrette salad dressing in a bowl before serving your Pomegranate Salad.

Ingredients :-
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 50 gm feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 3 cups lettuce leaves (washed in boiling water and dried)
- 4 tbsp raspberry vinegar
Method :-
- Cut feta cheese into cubes and leave aside.
- Tear the dried lettuce leaves and mix with strawberries, blueberries, mint leaves, feta cheese and raspberry vinegar in a bowl.
- Serve your Strawberry Salad.

Ingredients :-
- 5 peeled beetroots
- 100 gm feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp vinaigrette salad dressing
Method :-
- Boil the peeled beetroots until cooked. Then cut them into cubes.
- Dice the feta cheese into cubes.
- Mix beetroot, feta cheese, chopped parsley and vinaigrette salad dressing in a bowl.
- Serve your Beetroot Salad.
Chicken Salad – The Healthy Alternative
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (washed in boiling water)
- 1 grilled chicken (cut in slices)
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage (washed in boiling water)
- 1 cup sliced carrots (boiled)
- 1 cup sliced beans (boiled)
- 7 sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method :-
- Mix cabbage, sliced chicken, red cabbage, carrots, beans and olive oil in a bowl.
- Garnish with almonds, lemon juice, honey and balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and serve your chicken salad.
Cabbage Chicken Salad – You can use lettuce too
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (washed in boiling water)
- 1 grilled chicken (cut in slices)
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage (washed in boiling water)
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp dry cranberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp caesar salad dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method :-
- Mix cabbage, sliced chicken, red cabbage, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Garnish with walnuts, cranberries and caesar salad dressing and serve your Cabbage Chicken Salad.
Avocado & Mango Salad – Make this delicious salad for fun
Ingredients :-
- 1 diced ripe mango
- 1 avocado
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method :-
- Scoop out the avocado in a bowl along with diced mango and add lemon juice .
- Add onions and season the above mixture with salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
- Mix oil with vinegar in a small bowl and sprinkle it on the salad.
- Stir and serve your Avocado & Mango Salad.
Prawn Salad – Yet another prawn delight!
Ingredients :-
- 500 gm prawns
- 1 diced cabbage leaf (boiled in water)
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup curd
Method :-
- Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper, oregano and oil.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns until golden.
- Blend avocado, water, lime juice, salt, pepper and curd in a blender until smooth.
- Heat oil in a separate pan and toss the green, red and yellow bell peppers until soft.
- In a serving bowl, add the cabbage, prawns, tomatoes and bell peppers and garnish with the avocado dressing.
- Serve your Prawn Salad.
